    Which bag gloves should you buy. Heres a list. Feel free to add to it. THese are all the hook and loop versions.

      Too much weight messes up your technique during bag work which makes you mae the same mistakes while fighting. If you use those be careful what your doing, and pay attantion to your technique

        Bag gloves are for kids. Wear boxing gloves throughout your training session. I recommend Cleto Reyes.

          Where boxing gloves? That doesn't help at all. Sparring gloves, bag gloves, pro fight gloves, ametuer competition gloves are all boxing gloves.

                The Grant gloves are probably the best, but those are good for the price.

                  I don't use bag gloves now.
                  What i do wear are 12oz Sandee boxing gloves for bag work/padwork
                  And 16oz Everlast "fighter" for sparring.

                  What are everybodys choice of glove? I do like Sandee.

                    I use Everlast. You should use 14-18 btw
