      when i train i usually listen to two genres... progressive house/trance or hip hop.

      but it all depends on your taste really.

      some artist good for hip hop would be immortal technique, nas, jedi mind tricks. they get me hype.

      as far as progressive house/trance, any radio show would do, since its 2 hours of continuous music. to me this is the best, the rhythm helps me stay on my toes since its a 4/4 style type of music.
