Pac seems better at these higher weights than he was at the lower ones, and the reverse is true for Mayweather, at least it seems that way.
That's because Pac has kept his speed while still increasing his power.
And he is too fast for all this welter weights unlike when he was fighting at lightweight. Marquez, Morales and others had good enough speed to match Manny. Mayweather has speed, but doesn't have great power he can still knock people out, but if he really had more power he wouldn't be as fear full as he is.

Thats what made him great. And unless you really havent seen his fights at lower weights, Floyd fights the exact same way, nothing different. Man do you guys even watch fights.
He got some good fight at 140 and 135 and impressive in 130.

but i dont like the outcome with Castillo fight.

Ali and PBF arent the same.

Ali never got a LHW or cruiser weight or lower weight. Ali is on the HW since

the start of his career. He is getting old not climbing the weights.

PBF is climbing the weights maybe avoiding some fighters and cherry picking

opponents like Baldy, Judah and Mitchell at 147. ODLH in 154 is a good fight

but a controversial SD. and fighting a 135 LW in catch up weight 144 and

came in 146. PBF slowed down his speed in 147.
