my little lady is in Karate at the moment. It's been huge for her confidence having to do her katas in front of her class.

Four and one. The four year old girl is a football (soccer) fanatic and is really very good. The one year old still poops himself and tries to eat christmas tree decorations. I think he'll decide on sports later.
