  • Joshua: if we can’t make wilder fight us maybe the wbc can

A quick interview came up on sky sports and wilder was asked

States wilder was cornered with his team and they were exposed as not wanting the fight

Will tell Hearn to speak with wbc to see if they can force the fight so wilder either fights or had to vacate

Sweet justice would be wilder having to vacate and running

What are you talking about? The Joshua fight can STILL be NEXT after Wilder satisfies his Braezaele mandatory and Joshua fights Miller. The only difference is that Wilder doesn't have to fight anybody other than Joshua on DAZN...

Erm....of course we all know it CAN HAPPEN but try getting Ducking Deontay to do anything other than run his mouth off. He talks a lot but when it comes to actually fighting AJ that'd be a big nope from Ducking Deontay.

The facts don't support this narrative...

Can still happen, could always of happened, hasnt happened and it wont happen. They dont want to fight Joshua because they knew Wilder gets beat.

Let's see. Wilder was champion before Joshua right? So why did Joshua jump out of the WBC ratings to fight Martin? At the time, all he needed to do was fight a much younger Povetkin to be the WBC mandatory...

Joshua then picks up the WBA and WBO belts, offering fair percentages to both Klitschko and Parker (while the WBA conveniently allows the mandatory Ortiz to be sidestepped). But then shocks the boxing world by only offering a flat fee to the only champion that existed before his title reign? Funny, eh?

Joshua then says, hey, if you think this is a $100 million fight, give me $50 million and I'll fight him tomorrow. He gets that against 50%!! Joshua declines, claiming he needs to fight in the UK but still only offers a flat fee to Wilder. Fights an older Povetkin instead three weeks after an imaginary WBA 24hr deadline is suddenly enforced.

Wilder fights Fury in a fight of the year candidate. He immediately wants to run it back to remove any doubt and this is when Joshua offers a 40% split. Joshua decides to fight Miller over Whyte, after which Fury runs off to ESPN and refuses to fight Wilder next. So Wilder is mandated to fight Braezaele.

Sorry, the facts show that Joshua avoided Wilder until Wilder fought Fury. After their respective fights, an undisputed clash is right there to be made.

They should do that. Then Wilder can finally get a percentage of the fight.
