The answer is yes, but you should post this sort of question in the training and nutrition section for a detailed answer.

I woulden't recommend it if your a true boxer. Its more for weight lifters. I woulden't recommend to use it all together, try the training and nutrition section.

Creatine is mostly for show....if you really want something to help you build muscle, just supplement your diet with much more protien while continuing to lift often.

As a former steroid abuser I can say Creatine is safe. It builds endurance, and is MUCH stronger then Whey Protien in terms of gorwth. You need to treat Creatine like Steroids when using it though. Cycle it; a month on and a month off, and you will be fine. All this damage that it supposedly causes isn't proven scientifictly, and studies show that it is indeed safe..

Creatine will give you more stregnth, but the muscle mass you gain is primarily water. Creatine keeps water in your muscles.. Drink a lot of water when taking it though..

Creatine will help your endurance, but if you're going to cycle it, it's 2weeks on and 2 weeks off, not a month on and a month off. Your body can't take anymore after 2 weeks and it starts to discontinue making creatine of it's own.

Not something I'd take if I were trying to make weight in lower weight classes since as stated before makes you retain water, but if you're a heavy then go for it

Good I'm learning from this thread too - I was wondering same thing. SO, I would like to gain a little in weight, so what are the maybe top 5 creatine products. If I am going to use it, and use it safely I want the real deal . Thanks

Also, Creatine ****s up your Kidneys. I have an aunt who is a Nephrologist or some **** like that. Kidney Specialist, she says that they get a lot of people who get ****ed up with Creatine, mainly because in time it clogs **** in your kidneys. Thats the jist of what she said.

Also it has not been proven safe, so thats bs.

It's been proven safe 100's of times!! IF you take it like you're supposed to. Like everything else, if you abuse it, you're taking a risk. If you use creatine in cycle, drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest after workouts, it's completely fine. I was a bodybuilder when i was younger and never had one complaint about it. Now if you take it for more than 2 weeks at atime, yes, you can develop kidney problems, but if you take it as you're supposed to, nothing what so ever will happen to you other than getting results.

The only time I ever heard creatine getting bad press is when 3 high school wrestlers died because they overtrained to make weight, and just happened to be taking creatine. Creatine may have had something to do with it, BUT, it wouldn't have if they hadn't been trying to drop 30 lbs. in a week. Your body has a friggin limit man.

So dude, take it like you're supposed to and you'll be fine
