To be fair to Lewis, he was never given the chance to recover against Mccall. 90% of Champions would have been given another chance. Wlad was hurt a lot more against Sanders and was given chance after chance, despite being on clearly wobbly legs. Wlad was given chance after chance against Brewster as well. Lewis wasn't hurt as bad as Wlad and the fight was simply stopped.

lewis was out on his feet. he sagged back into the ropes prompting the ref to stop it. he would have been viciously knocked out had it continued. it was just obvious looking at him

We will never know. Wlad was out on his feet and he did end up getting knocked out both times, but I'm pretty sure Klitschko fans would have complained if the refs didn't give Wlad a 2nd chance in the Sanders/Brewster fights.

not sure why you keep bringing wlad into this as its off topic. I never said wlad took as good or better a punch than lennox. lennox obviously absorbed bigger punches than wlad throughout his career
