When you bet, say, the NBA, what the oddsmakers do, or don't know about the players, doesn't mean a damn thing in regards to beating the point spread.
For instance, I couldn't tell you 10 players that play in the NHL. I have no idea what "icing" is. I have no idea what makes a player "offsides" in hockey. Or even if "offsides" exists in hockey. But I can still bet, profitably, on hockey.
I wouldn't expect you to understand this, though, because as you have proven, you have NO earthly idea what you're talking about.
