  • Pound-For-Pound Biggest Fighters of All Time

Evaluate your biggest fighters ever (pound-for-pound) in 2 categories: reach (in inches, e.g. Valuev with 85 inches) and height (e.g. Valuev is 7'0" or 7'2", depending on who you ask). This is the tallest fighters and those with the longest reach for their weight class (i.e. a theoretical guy weighing 10,000 pounds who is 9'0" would count, even if he must be obese!), disregarding actual weight within that class.

For instance, Paul Williams' reach of 82 inches must be one of the biggest (if not the biggest ever) pound-for-pound, far greater than Valuev's 85-inch reach.

Sonny Liston 6'0-6'1, 84 inch reach. I'd say the longest reach for a boxer his height.

Panama Al Brown 5'11, 76 inch reach, fought at bantamweight.

      Mark Breland.
