It was ok. The ending was interesting but the middle was bloated.

A pretty big flaw too (bit of a spoiler, so stop reading), but when the whole film is based around this guy's tech genius, how can you allow his access security to consist of an old school card pass? Not retina, voice etc. (those of course would have stopped the codes being changed by the intern). Bit silly.

Remember nothing happens in a film unless it advances the narrative. Passcards advanced the narrative, hence they were used.

But yes, the house seemed like a bit of a death-trap.
