I'm guessing we download them directly from PSN. I already deleted some videos and demos on my HD to make some space so I'll be good to go when PSN is up.

I believe when the PSN store is up, you will have 30 days to download two of the games, as long as you made an account before the PSN outage.

Once the 30 days have passed the games won't be available to download.

So my advice, pick which two games you want to download and download then in the 30 day period.
