Let me tell you why.

Floyd, at this stage, would easily UD a shot past primed Manny Pacquiao, yet he REFUSES to make the fight happen. It's roadblock after roadblock for him and it's honestly just pathetic now. The fight has lost 90% of its hype, but it'd still be the most bought PPV ever even if it happened now. Floyd has the opportunity to make the most money he's ever made in a fight and he still avoids it. He's literally mentally damaged from his fear of Pacquiao.
