I was studying some ufc's and heard a frase Vitor Belfort said, and I think it to be the truest frase I have ever seen.
He said The will to win isnt whats hard, the will to train is whats hard and if you have the will to train the will to win will come effortlessly.
I think this is so true, that I needed to post it
