Why is it when Martinez was at 154lb, that no one ever called him out?

All never mention Martinez's name as a possible opponent. Are they that in fear of him?

Pac talked about fighting Foreman, but never mentioned Sergio. Sergio has called out Pac, Floyd, Berto, Clottey, Cotto, Foreman, but none of them want to even mention his name, never mind fight him.
