  • did you feel nervous when you bought your first house?

Just wondering how everyone felt before buying their first house.
Is it normal to feel a little bit nervous and overwhelmed.
It's a big step after all.

I'm looking for a small house.. 2 or 3 bedrooms.
there's just going to be two people living in it anyway.
what I want I can find for around 100k, 110k..
the payment is small too.. around 420 a month.
still.. I never had a mortgage or nothing like that.
the most valuable thing I've ever owned was a car or a motorcycle. lol

A condo is the way to go for me. I feel embarassed about this. But I'm 27 years old and still living with mom and dad. I'm about to move out though because I've got a lot of money saved up from working at a pretty good paying job. $14.54 an hour. Been working their for five years. Frigging gas prices were so high for those few years I was working there and I didn't feel like even that was enough of a salary to live out on my own. I'm single too, so I need to find me a girl that will take care of me and share the responsobility. Lol.
