Stole this from Sherdog, but it's a good idea. WHenever you make a new PR, post it.

    Today i squated 315 x6, previous was 310x6

Current stats: Bench: 245 for 1 rp- i'm a poor presser.

    Squat: 315x6
    Deadlift: 380x3

it'll be a while before I can post about a new PR since I just started lifting again a month ago.

    My records are:

    squat: 265 x 3

    Current:
    bench: 200 x 1

I've not picked up a set of weights in about 5 years, since I started BJJ. However last time I kept record it was about:

                300 x8 flat bench
                385 x6 squats
                925 x8 leg press machine
                Never checked my dead lift.
