Okay, what food makes you its *****? You walk into your mom's house or a buddy's house (hopefully you don't have it in YOUR house) and you can't resist, training be damned?
I'll go first.
1.) Shredded, fried potatoes of any description. Including but not limited to: Tater Tots, Hash Browns, and those fried "Bird Nests" my mother makes -- 2-inch thick, crispy deep-fried potato cakes drizzled in honey and butter. Potatoes are not allowed in my house when I'm training.
2.) Doritos Collisions. Specifically, the Hot Wings & Bleu Cheese. I accidentally ate nearly an entire bag a few days ago. I nearly needed a warm washcloth and a cigarette afterwards.
3.) My wife's homemade pizza. I wish she wouldn't, but when she does, it's automatically my cheat day.
