    ok i'm off the injured list. time ot start training my ass off again.

    i need some help I think i'm gonna do burst training.
    what do you guys do in this area?


    i'm also lookin for cardio, and light weight training.

    oh and diet, keep in mind i can only eat about 2 times a day (meals)

      Eat lots of fruit Vulgar when you gotta snack, glad you're knee is better. Did you know grapefruits before bed burn fat while you sleep? Honest!

        Good to hear your knee is good...now the fun part starts!

        Eat smart. If you can only get 2 meals a day, make sure you are taking in a high level of protein and carbs...limit fat, but you will need to take in some.
