my jab feels awkward for some reason and i lost alot fo speed, i can't triple it effortlessly like i could before

have u moved up in weight or changed your routine?
when i tried lifting weights my shoulders got all tight, i lost the snap on my punches, speed on my punches and the ability to put them togheter.
if u did weights or just put more muscle on your chest/back than your frame allows what u described could easily happen.
or maybe u just went too long without focusing on handspeed, attributes can decline if u dont keep working on them.
eighter way do some punch out drills, shadowbox focusing on speed and combinations possibly using light handweights or sparring gloves as u do it.Last edited by #1Assassin; 07-16-2010, 06:24 AM.

the only thing i think iv lost is hunger,i have no desire for boxing anymore it just seems like a routine now
