Im looking to purchase some beats by dre, but I would like your guys opinion on which is the better fit for say working out at the gym. The solo's or the studios?

you could do better with Grado, Sennheiser or akg. Beats are overpricedComment

Neither of them. Beats are just the "in" headphones to have. Like a pair of Jordans or an Ipad.
Buy yourself a decent pair of in-ear headphones. I spent $6 dollars on mine and they've lasted me the full school semester+using them at the gym. Still going strong. I've let them drop in the streets a couple of times, and one time it was raining, the concrete was wet, I let them drop; they're still here.

I have some shure se215.. They are good for the gym.. Once in your ear there aren't moving cost around 100..if you want some over the ear check out vmoda m100..sound and look greatComment
