It isn't as strong tasting as one would think of garlic. To me, it's very mild. Everyone has their own taste opinion obviously. The thought of eating Garlic ice cream can't be any worse than having Trout ice cream made on the Iron Chef show. JAT

I love fish, but if that's the scenario, I'd go with the garlic breath. Gilroy is relatively close to my spot. I shall try this business.
