Training in NYC

For anyone who trains at Gleasons, if say work out a deal with a trainer to go 3 times a week nd he says $50. Is that for a month or only a week. If its a week , MAN im gettin ripped off. Also, do you get what you pay for?

i would also like to know, does anybody know of places in new york? i've seen one on church street in manhattan, how is that place?

Well, just got back from my first time at gleasons. I plan to train there 3 times a week so its $50 a week. Yes, it's expensive but its really worth it the training is non-stop and action-packed. I would recommend Gleason's over the gym on Church ST. just beacause of it's success.
