I weighed myself i was at 225 before training but i had a full stomach and i needed to poop.
unfortunately tomarrow mornin i cannot work out cuz i gotta take some people to the airport but when i get back i think i will try to run with a plastic bag on.

Dude, Ive seen your 225 pic and I dont think its healthy for you to go that low...Get your Body Fat tested...6-7% is as low as you need to go and have some strenght still...Even Frank Shamrock said it was stupid of him to fight and walk around at 5%, because he felt so weak...I think you wont have to go as low as 190....Go to a local gym to find out.
Shamrock is a real dip**** to walk around at 5% all the time. Also, i would cut down to 4-5% just to make weigh-ins as long as you have a day or so to eat. Boxers do it all the time.
Just so you know, www.1fast400.com sells calipers that you can measure your own BF. Also, BF machines and stuff aren't exactly right. I would buy calipers and measure your bodyfat in the morning before you eat everyday or every other day for a week, and take the average. Maybe even a little longer.
