The handshakes start at 5:48. To me it looks like he starts shaking hands, makes the comment about them being in the right side at around 5:55, then it looks like Trump shakes the black man's hand at 5:59, before Trump makes an awkward step to his right, making another comment and putting the black man in front of Trump. That's when Trump ushers him to the side and continues. It's hard to see, but it looks like he shakes the man's hand at 5:59
