Anyone tried this i have heard some good gains, just wonderin if anyone else has used it, better than the powder apparently

Creatine Serum?

From what I've heard, the serum gets into to your body more quickly. With the powder, you're told to take it from 30 min to an hour before working out. Not so with the serum, you can workout almost immeadiately after taking it. From what I know, that's only difference.

I have heard that this stuff is next to useless. If you want good creatine, creatine monohydrate powder is the only way to go. Also taking creatine before a workout does not give you energy for that workout. Your body relies on stored creatine from the day before.
