-They make up 54% or world chess champions,29% of nobel peace prize winners, 42% of nobel laureates in medicene or phychology.
-A lot of the best poker players (dwan, galfond, selbst, mizrachi, erik seidel, dan coleman, eli eleazra, barry greenstein) are jewish.
-A lot of the best hedge fund managers as well.
-They supposedly run hollywood.

Maybe has something to do with 3000+ years of studying and having to constantly use their brains in order to survive and thrive while residing in nations that hate them.

Thousands of years of nurturing them to enter financial and academic fields will create a new nature that has an average higher intelligence.

That's a very good point. I've read those who couldn't make it in academically challenging roles such as banking etc were usually at the bottom of society and converted to christianity anyway. They also seemed to value intelligence when arranging marriages eg fathers would happily marry off their daughters to poor scholars, compared to most societies where money is perhaps the primary reason.

Its not like they knew they were going to be gassed early on. By the time people really knew what was going on it was too late. Its not like they had the internet or could use a cell phone to book a flight or call an Uber. You had to have the means to escape as well.
