    He's never had one!

    He trains instinctively, often gets up in the middle of the night and calls Roger to bring the pads round, for example.

      mayweather doesnt train, he floats in time, meditating and drinking fruit punch to the tune of the andy griffin tv show.

            I don't know where you got the information, but I think this is great post to put the idiotic claim that resistance training makes you slower.

                no hes just saying that its stupid when people say weight or resistance training makes you slower though floyd does it and hes fast as hell. When performed right. Weight training is an aid to speed and power.
