        Don't get me wrong dude was a beast in his prime but I don't see how some could put him to be like a top 5 at the weight ever with having sub par comp.

          I see what you're saying.

          But I think SSM gives any ATG at 135 hell. Hand speed, power, chin? He had them in spades at 135.

            Can anyone tell me if anyone has fought a lesser amount than Oscar? Curious.
            At a guess a jouneyman(bum?) fighter that took on a lot of up and coming prospects who were considerably more skilled than himself?

                @135lbs, who did Mosley avoid?

                He skipped the JWW division and went straight to 147lbs. The only fighter that I think he avoided @147 was Paul Williams.

                  No.

                  Read the thread title.

                    Hard question to answer.

                    Oakland Billy Smith for example probably fought the tougher fighter's than most in history but he also fought a lot of poor fighters to stay busy inbetween.

                    In terms of in a row, it's hard.

                    Carlos Monzon between 1970-1977 fought top quality opposition throughout. But before that he didn't.

                    Good shout on Evander Holyfield.
