Bread

I noticed when i eat any kind of bread its make it hard for me to urinate. Has any else had this problem? and why does this happen.

White bread is full of binders and crap so it is quite common for mild constepation but i never heard of it effecting you urinate.If you just eat wholmeal brown bread you should be fine as all the binders and artificial stuff isnt in brown bread thats why brown bread is more crumbely.If you have the same trouble with brown bread then i dunno what it is.

Like today i did'nt bread and i am urinating fine but yesterday i ate bread and i barely urinated.
