At least he fought them at their weight, and didn't duck them because they "weren't draws"

This is why their should be no argument to who is or was the bigger draw.

Delahoya can fight an amature and people will still tune in, where as todays ppv stars have to convince the public their opponet is worthy of fighting them.

          Delahoya ppv king.

At the end of DLH career, he didnt care if be lost or not and fought the biggest money makers anywhere close to his diviSion

DLH had no problem losing to pac and Floyd because he already had tons of losses and made millions

I suspect Oscar never faced Forrest or Wright because they didn't draw enough to make the risk worthwhile for him to take the fights.

2009: manny says that mosley is not a draw

2010: floyd dominates mosley and sells 1.4 million ppvs; more than manny ever sold

2011: manny fights shane, saying shane is the biggest draw available.

oscar was kinda in a unique situation in that every fight he fought sold well. It didn't matter who the opponent was, oscar was always the draw.

boxing is a little different now and no one in the game can compare to oscar's popularity in his day.

Pacquiao could fight Joan Guzman and I'm sure it could sell 400-500k. Floyd could fight Urango and could probably sell 600-700k. But insert a bigger named opponent and you have 1+ million PPV's.
