Anybody see Gone Girl?

Saw it with the wife...it was her turn for a movie. Well made thriller...very good acting especially by Affleck. I could not accept the actions of the wife character... she would have had to be a ninja to pull off the stuff she did. My wife said it was close to the book although in the movie you find out what's going on a lot earlier.

I gave it a B. It's a movie for thoughtful adults so that eliminates most guys in this lounge.

I didn't realize it's three hours. Definitely gonna watch that at home then. 2.5 hrs is pushing it. Damn near went crazy watching Wolf of Wall Street, just kept on dragging on and on.

yeah Wolf of Wall Street was an endurance test. Hours of tripping and spazzing out over and over then it ends without you really getting anything from it.

The people in charge of the movie wanted Affleck to wear a Yankee hat and he refused. Good Job Mr Affleck. I approve of your decision.

It was a great movie, very intense, great acting, and the score had some very eerie music, in particular the scene with dougie howser. Wasn't crazy about the ending but definitely recommend it.

I thought it was good. It took awhile to get going but other than that I would recommend it. I'm a still not an Affleck fan but he's made a a few good choices lately.
