IMO you should download a couple of emulators and a bunch of roms, and spend some time on the older stuff such as Evander Holyfield's Boxing.

I know that might not be the answer you were looking for, but they're free to download, take up almost zero space on your PC, and are better than any PC boxing game I can think of.

I had that Holyfield Foreman and this.

Didn't really like this one seemed slow moving and james Toney was almost unbeatable.
