This is pretty late. Luckily neither fighter has lost since then.

But I can't see either getting a mandatory shot at the Ortiz-Floyd winner. If it were that easy, then Tim Bradley could just move up and automatically become Manny's mandatory, like how Campbell did. But of course, it's not that way. Superstars get the superstar treatment, meaning mandatories suddenly don't exist.
