Season 1 with the King Pin is pretty cool.

Season 2 is annoying with the chick but a couple of episodes like the Punisher jail one and King Pin origins story are worth watching.

Haven't watched s3 yet.

Liked both Punisher and Daredevil. Both were good. The stories interweave a bit.

Both series reside in same universe so yes, it's a bit dark... With that said, I believe Daredevil it's better than The Punisher... Hands down the best Marvel series today!
