I'd say Rios is a good shout.

Pacquaio of course fits that bill aswell and would be the obvious #1 pick.

I used to think so, but he seems to constantly keep the opponent working. To me, that's pressure. Like Clottey & Winky, (with Winky twice as good). They apply pressure by coming forward high guard making opponents fight constantly.
