Why do people feel it's ok for the shareholders and board of directors to have representation but any mention of workers having representation is met with hostilities by people within the same class.

Basically anytime you hear of a business merger going down you can assume two things.
One that employees will lose their jobs. Two that consumers will get ripped off. There’s never been a monopoly that’s been favorable towards the consumer.
