I would say 55-60. Forget reg pushups. Ive been doin about 10 different kinds (Diamond, spinx, wide, decline,diver bomb etc.) , so i know my reg is better now.
what times do you do them,how long you been doing it,noticed any improvements visually and feeling stronger?
good question man i am a bit confused on push ups as well what do they do when i do them and dont do them i dont notice a change in my performance at all
