        Lean meats, preferably all white...Chicken/Fish/Ground Turkey is the best.

        Vegetables and fruit

        No bread

        Water/Water/Water

        Very simple all natural.

        Same pretty much stands for building muscle except you eat larger portions.

          what are...

          don't mean to intrude on a thread i dind't start but i was also wondering what some good breakfast and lunch ideas would be for cutting? ive been doing a decent job so far but im going to start living on my own soon so i was curious of the kinda foods i should be buying.

            Keep it simple, natural foods and lean meats...I dont recommend bread or pasta until you are down to where you want to be, but if you do choose to go with bread and pasta get nothing ENRICHED/Bleached/Unbleached make sure it is all natural wheat.

            But fruits/vegetables/lean white meats/water

            It is all about portions.
