    Time for my lazy ass to get into shape, hopefully I will post in here once a day but i doubt that happening, anyhow the fury begins tomorrow night.

      BJJ once i am in shape, and that is coming along slowly, i am hitting the gym every other day it seems like doing a **** load of cardio mostly, but i am eating way better so that is a plus.

              Yes, BJJ now. It will improve your stamina and cardio quick. Don't be discouraged if your tired before warmups end, it will get better.

                well ill look into that, but with me possibly moving in the next few weeks im not sure if I want to start up here. But I have been goign good at the gym, i have lost 5 lbs and am starting to see my 6 pack come back.
