hi guys. ive been having pain in my biceps especialy but all body really. basicaly i lifted weights two days in a row then on the third (yesterday) i did some conditioning where i just did exercises at home. anyways now im in pain but its not normal muscle ache. is it a bad idea to box tonight as well? is this a sign of overtraining? should i give it a rest for a while? how can i get my body to repair itsself quicker? thanks

If your just sore its nothing to get too worried about. But make sure if your biceps are hurting your stretching those tendons out so you don't hurt them.

You can check if both arm looks alike when you flex. If you see any lumps you may have torn a muscle or tendon. If there are no abnormalities then it could be soreness for the lactic acid buildup. Try warming up before lifting weights and stretching afterward.
