          Could be better. Tooks 4 days off. I feel like a lump training starts again today!

          My wind is a lot better but not good enough and i got 1 month to to make a 50% increase!

            1 month is long enough to make an apreciable difference to your cardio...believe me.

            You will have to however do something pretty much daily, or at least 5 times a week, of reasonably high intensity to get there.

            I know what you mean about feeling like ****...my damn Turkey obsession has made me feel crapola myself

                      It is starting to read pretty good here Bzob...looks like you are getting some good sessions in before fights. Keep it going man, cause if you are training this hard, the other guys could also be doing it twice as hard...
