  • Sounds Like Ruiz vs Joshua II Will Be At MSG

Eddie hinting as much on twitter.

Thoughts? Bold move to reverse his L abroad for Joshua? Too risky of a move for Joshua? Good for Ruiz? Or is there still pressure on Ruiz to duplicate his upset W?

Good move if true. Having the rematch in England would have given the impression that Joshua needs every advantage possible. Having the rematch on the West Coast would give Ruiz an unfair advantage as well.

Good stuff. Would be a biatch move to drag Ruiz to the UK.

Bold move going back to NYC for the rematch when I think they probably had the option for either the US or the UK. Maybe DAZN pushed for the US for ratings.

Favors Ruiz because this time he'll have huge Mexican support in the arena.

Makes sense because it's the cheapest flight destination from the UK, and a lot of Brits will be coming in the hopes of witnessing AJ's redemption.

This is the big moment for both fighters. If AJ wins, he can continue his quest for undisputed. If Ruiz wins, he can plan a historic title defense in Mexico and continue to represent the red, white, and green for the heavyweight division.

I was one of the few people hoping Ruiz-Joshua II would happen in LA.

MSG still seems like neutral territory for both fighters. Makes sense I guess.

Yeah you can just see the scenes now. Terry O’conner jumping in at Wembley as soon as AJ lands a flurry and giving him his belts back.

Anyway, Eddie said there’s more money for the fight in USA and that’s basically what it comes down to

Terry would have waived off the Ruiz KD in the third
