I'm sure Finkel and Haymon can take a few hours to meet right?? The perfect situation would be to make a deal now then announce Joshua vs Wilder at Staples Center if Wilder wins. Perfect promotion and its been done before for several big fights.

So Wilder wouldn't agree to terms before his fight with Tyson Fury that is already signed?

      Seen this tactic many times.

Clearly wilders team wants to wait till after the Fury fight, as a win will significantly increase his marketability globally, enabling him to negotiate a better deal.

This offer was simply an attempt to get him to sign something before he was in a position to negotiate even better terms.

If Wilder loses vs Fury, the terms are a mute point, because he wont be fighting Joshua.

Why can't wilder just sign the contract? It's his team not him who invest the time in negotiations etc.

Every day that goes by, the current heavyweight division is looking more and more like a circus show.

It is a whole bunch of he said she said, with finger pointing. Hell even the Fury and Wilder media bonanza was pathetic. All these near "fights" and we then see a picture of them arm to arm in a love seat.

Why would you make a deal before your leverage gets increased with a W or becomes non-existent or a fight wouldn't be made anyway with an L?

This is basic sh^t. I don't know why Hearn talks about this every day lately. Hype my man Big Baby's fight already bruh.

And if Showtime won't let Wilder fight on DAZN, that will mean AJ ducked him, yeah?

                  It’s clear wilder is ducking

First they said give an offer we will meet

Now they won’t meet after the offer

Reminds me of the Stevenson Kovalev situation. Everyone claimed Stevenson was ducking going over to Showtime. How is this any different?
