Racism did not exist in primitive societies. Tribalism did.

Racism was not really a thing before globalization & emergence of physical anthropology/genetics, so while the instincts are very ancient, the actual phenomenon is very modern.

There are two mathematically viable outcomes where racism goes away:

- The stubborn birthrate gap between the Subsaharan region & the rest of the world will lead to the absorption/effective extinction of all other ethnic groups. Conflict will revert to tribal rather than racial, but on a global scope.

- Designer babies will render the concept of race obsolete because rather than expressing envy or hatred through political activism, people will simply select the most desirable traits for their offspring.

Both are pretty unlikely to become complete outcomes. It's more likely that only the West is absorbed by Subsaharan birth rates & settles into longterm subservience to the Eastern half of the world, while designer babies remain a novel way for the wealthy to ressurrect extinct recessive Western phenotypes for their beauty.
