  • If Ward put on as many bodybuilding muscles as Joshua, what'd he weight?

If Ward bulked up like a bodybuilder to the degree Joshua is, would he weigh in the 215lb range? Or maybe even more?

The thought of him fighting Joshua doesn't seem that crazy if he's really only 20 or so pounds smaller than him for the fight.

WTF are on he was dropped by a semi hard Kovalev punch, AJ kills him. He cant put on 50 pounds of muscle naturally at best he can put on 15 pounds or 20. More than that is possible but he would be so slow and also have More fat. Keep it real.

Can't see Andre being able to go any higher than cruiser weight.

He can definitely bulk up but it won’t be natural if it’s lean muscle, and I think the muscles will slow him down far too much to make ward effective.

Don’t forget what happen to Roy Jones after he bulked slightly then tried to shed muscle!!

So you are saying if Ward trained like AJ he would be about 40 pounds heavier. You are nuts. I guess you are unaware that some boxers are by nature much more muscular and stocky than others. AJ is one of these naturally heavily muscled boxers.
AJ may weigh 10 pounds more because of his strength training but he would still be a very muscular 230 pound boxer if he never trained with weights. To hear you tell it AJ would be about 195 pounds if he didn't lift heavy weights. Bodybuilding type muscle doesn't help a boxer. What makes you think it does? AJ's strength training is much different than the way a bodybuilder trains. If Ward trained like a bodybuilder and was able to bulk up to 215 or more pounds of solid muscle he would become slow and stiff with no stamina and no speed and power in his punches. He wouldn't be Ward the boxer anymore. He would become Ward the bodybuilder who can no longer fight worth a damn. You are kind of a weirdo living in your own strange world.
