  • Simple explosive exercises?

Can anyone mention me a couple simple yet effective explosive workouts like power jumping jacks that i can do at home withouth having equipment and that will benefit me in the ring?

Jumping squat thrusts as quickly as you can. You don't have to jump that high although I try jumping as high as possible and landing as softly as possible. You can do sets or timed like how many can you do in 30 secs etc. They're excellent for conditioning and explosive core and lower body strength. I personally add clap pushups occasionally into my squat thrust sets. they should have videos on YouTube. Hope this helps.

Pretty much anything can be performed explosively and benefit your boxing specific fitness. You can do slow burpee's or slow pushups but realistically they are not going to make you any more explosive for boxing. With this in mind some good explosive excercises to begin with which can be performed with no equipment are squat jumps, tuck jumps, pushups with a clap etc.

      Train how you fight!

The best bodyweight conditioning exercise is probably burpees so if your struggling for intensity add a set of burpees into each round.

Go on rosstraining that's the best. There's plenty of workouts on that .I'm buying a sledgehammer on Monday for swings .

OMG I've been on Ross training before but never explored as much as I should have....this guy is INSANE!!! I have to do single leg squats for my current rehabilitation and I know how hard they can be but wow he took that to another level. Some of those exercises are amazing I need to get myself able to do them
