VisionQuest should likely lose a lot of Philippines business when this becomes known there. Also clients everywhere will be wary about employing them if they think they may be sued by them because of termination, for whatever cause. And, it was a very bad advertisment for them to release to the public a client's private and personal information which they came across during their work. Regardless of what Koncz has said.

VERY poor professional ethics. I wouldn't be surprised if Arum complains to the Organization which oversees the Accounting profession. They likely would be in hot water there.

But it depends on the situations. In this case, it seems that they were delivering the service that Manny hired them for. Manny has not paid them. They can sue.
