    Yes, full stretch

    How far did you run?
    6 miles

    What did you do after you run?
    I had a shower and breakfast, then i had a big sleep.

    What did you eat for breakfast?
    Eggs and toast with orange juice

    What time did you go to the gym?
    5:00pm

    What time did you leave the gym?
    7:00pm

    What did you do after training?
    I liked basketball and i watched TV

    What did you eat for dinner?
    Fish, pasta dishes and vegetables

    What did yo do after dinner?
    I usually had a walk and listened to music

    What time did you go to bed?
    9:30pm

    What was your favourite exercise?
    I loved to train, but i didnt have a favourite

    How many days a week did you train?
    7

    Did you have a job before you won the world title?
    No

    Warm-up: 15 minutes of stretching

    Speedball: 3 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

    Shadow boxing: 3 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

    Sparring: 6 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

    Heavy bag: 6-10 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)
    Iran cut down on heavy bag when sparring

    Skipping: 15 minutes

    Floor exercise: 15 minutes

    To finish: massage and steam room, shower and rest
