I don't know man, it seemed like he almost broke down into tears when he called wlad the chump and he was the champ almost like a needy child, I think he may want the win/legacy.

When has Briggs ever been relevant at HW? He was lucky as hell to ever win a title and he done nothing since in nearly a decade. If this fight ever happened it would trump the pathetically embarrassing titles fights against Mormeck, Pianeta and even Leapai.
