japanese cuisine is full of bland and undercooked dishes. i'm not big on that raw shit.

Are we talking real sushi(raw fish) or the sushi most resturants serve now. I don't go for the raw stuff. I went to a resturant in Toronto that served raw tuna. It wasn't sushi but it was the grossest thing I ever tasted.

Kind of, not like cooked tuna though, it was mushy, the texure was like biting into raw chicken. I like beef bleeding, but no other meat or fish.

that ***** wasnt fresh then. fresh sashimi (raw fish) doesnt have the fishy taste to it. quality fish melts in your mouth.

If you actually went to a legit sushi joint you'd probably like it.

like where they get the fish fresh in the morning type steeze.

It makes a HUGE difference.

There's a chinese buffet I go to that serve quality sushi. I load up a couple plates just on salmon and red snappers every time.
